Hi I ordered few bedsheets from Flipkart and raised a return because number of bedsheets delivered were less than as shown in product description.
Product description said number of bedsheets: 3. I received single bedsheet. Flipkart agreed and promised to resolve the issue.
Then I ordered different bedsheets having product description, number of bedsheets: 3. Again I received single. Ordered 5 different bedsheets. When I tried to return those, Flipkart blocked my account account with number 9650730449. I called them, they again agreed to that product description has issues and promised me to resolve my account blocking issue by 11 Sep, 2020 by 1 PM. But again they failed to resolve the issue in timeline.
I contacted then through phone, twitter and email. But they only respond by copy and pasting their reply.
On 16th Sep, I got a call from Flipkart escalation team and they mentioned they have unblocked my account and I can return the products. But when I tried logging in, I found my account is still blocked.
Product return period is expiring on 18th Sep and even if they unblock my account after that, I have to fight through them for this return issue.
Flipkart is playing with customers by listing incorrect products and fooling people.
