Flipkart has blocked my account with a note that “system detected unusual high number of returns and your account is blocked”. It has been more than a month i have been raising tickets with Flipkart Customer support to unblock my account or atleast refund my account balance of 5000 Rupees along with 800+ supercoin balance.
These are the various ticket numbers i raised with no resolution-

I Want to know from flipkart on what basis my account is locked ?? Is return the only criteria. Do they find any abuse with the return i made.
How about the incorrect products i receive? Should i use it and expect me not to return. Why do Flipkart have a return policy in that case ??? Flipkart can just say buy a product and is non-returnable. Flipkart needs to work on your policies rather than just blocking our accounts. They should rather verify if it was a genuine case of return and not accept a return if you dont agree to it. Each an every return which i made were genuine. I wasnt abusing any or forcefully returned an item was non-returnable. I surprised to see the reason Flipkart mentioned. Request flipkart to share data/numbers and we can review each an every item.
I have 5000 rupees as gift card balance. I have supercoins. If i was returning so many items I wouldn’t have accumulated 800+ super coins. I am an active user on Flipkart.
Requesting Flipkart refund my gift card balance and the super coins balance. This has been no less than a harassment to the user.
