I have ordered several grocery items vide order id OD125885405635628000 which was delivered on 7th of September. But one item Sampoorna Atta was missing from the package. Pics are attached. The box in which the order was delivered was of about 5 kg capacity which can’t have 10 kg atta. The same can be confirmed from delivery boy.
On 9th of September, when I received mail regarding refusal of refund or return, I tried to open my account but it is saying blocked. I don’t know why they blocked but let it be block, I don’t require to use their services if they dont want. But issue me about 1300 that was in flipkart wallet, about rs 1700 for supercoins which was earned as well as bought from payback app and refund of 336 rs/delivery of Atta.
