I’m ordered a Tshirt from Flipkart using paylater payment method after delivery I’m open the delivery package I was shocked because I’m received a product instead of what I’m ordered immediately I forwarded a return request ! After some time Flipkart was cancelled my return request and again I’m did again cancelled my request after third time they was accepted my request and after one day I received a message from delivery boy is “we arrange your product is picked up today” it is message, I’m waited a hole day when they came to pickup. Nobody has to come after some time I received a message from Flipkart ” your return request is cancelled” why again cancelled I thought to check in Flipkart app then I open account was logged out and I’m try to log in it shows error “your account is blocked”! I was shocked whyFlipkart was blocked my account without a valid reason and I did many times to contacted the Flipkart support team but no a valid response from them and recently I’m received a mail from Flipkart what it means ” your account is permanently blocked” I don’t know why is my account was blocked and I have some in Flipkart account,now I don’t know what to do. Please help me sir.
