Hi Flipkart blocked my account for no specific reason , tried alot to call customer executive they just give dates and extend the issue .

I was having gift card of 1500 in flipkart account + 100 wallet balance
Total :- 1600 rps

I got an email stating that it is blocked due to high returns i havent placed any returns in past 1-2 years but they blocked it and they are not even refunding the wallet money

Please kindly help and take action against them.
