I purchased 5 live plants from flipkart.All the 5 plants were either damaged or wrong product sent. I spoke to several agents, they pretended to help but nothing happened. Every time i got a message saying that the courier service partner has confirmed that the packaging was intact, they tried to contact me, i was unable to reach or i decided to keep the plant which is a big lie. I lost around 1000 plus rupees,my hard earned money which has neither been replaced or refunded.Its clear injustice!you pay for something and you get something,that cannot be accepted.would like to file a complaint about flipkart fraud, since they blocked my account as i called them daily asking for refund or replacement.
