2nd September 2021 I tried loggin in My Flipkart Account. Asked OTP login. Provided OTP. Suddenly displayed message account blocked. Till this time mobile app was working fine. After desktop app mobile app also stopped working. 3rd September 2021 called Flipkart customer care. Representative told issue will be resolved by 6th September 2021. On 6th September 2021 received email mentioning many number of returns is the reason for blocking account. Called again customer care and they confirmed last return was only in June 2021 and that to it was a replacement not refund.
I asked representative about following points
1. What will happen about my super coins – answer NO you will not get
2. What will happen to my grocery pass which is purchased? – ans NO you will not get any benifit
3. What will happen about money in my Flipkart wallet? – No you will not get it back.
This entire modus if operendii is fraudant and immediate action is needed.
