My Flipkart account is blocked and they email me the reason is,” we observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you’ve purchased are usually not intended for personal use.”when I contact to customer care they told me that your account is blocked because of high returns, I want clarification from them what amount of return I have done but they don’t give the answer .in this account I have also some amount of gift voucher of 100 and I have 2000+ which could be redeemed for 2000 Myntra voucher. My account is block on 30th May and before somedays a order contains a hit spray , their courier service unable to deliver this item so they cancel the order and give compensation of rs.100 ,after that in sale I order clean and clear face wash 10 quantities but after shift the seller cancel the order due unavailability of this product. Sir please help me out how I get back this account.
