I want to return this product

I have put return request at least six times and talked to your customer also many times but the product is not returned the reason for return is that I got a different product which I booked red tape shoe Uska logo was black and white but the shoe i got has golden and black logo which i didn’t like so i want to return this product I have put a request, it gets canceled, once it was approved, then it was also rejected Please hurry up to pick up this product, I have the product product box and its top wrapper, on which flipkart is written, thank you…
