Flipkart grocery is cheating us. I have one grocery item order ID – OD125965825196159000 scheduled to deliver by 16th sep and after calling several times, they were unable to deliver the grocery basket. Finally i have asked for cancellation on 21st sep and they have promised to refund it by 24 hours. But still no refund has been initiated and i am asking the refund money of 4k along with all the troubles faced by me.
Issue 2: Another issue with grocery basket. Order ID : OD126078130930911000 and OD126078062772340000 scheduled deliver date is today ( 26th Sep )but items have not been shipped yet. So another repetitive episode of the 1st order id OD125965825196159000 is going to happen.
Please either deliver the product asap or refund . Thanks
