I have purhcased i kall mobile on march 6 though online and got it delivered on 11th march 2022. On the same day have given a refund request since we have a over heating, the technichian visited on 14th march and my refund rejected again raised a complaint on 14th march and techician visit again happend on 16 march. Again refund rejected. They are not considering the overheating issues. And several times contacted the customer care now they have close the file has return date over. I dont want to use a defective prodcut. Kindly take back the produt and return my money. My mobile 7904817748.
