I had ordered Tyffyn blazer and jeans which I received together. I had placed return for jeans and exchange for blazer. Flipkart guy came and collected both the products however he was supposed to collect only one (jeans). 2 days later another flipkart guy came for exchange but we didn’t have blazer as it was already picked up. I called customer service same day i.e on 12th July. It is not yet be resolved till date i.e 29th July. I have called flipkart customer service 8 times. Now they are saying nothing can be done in this case after wasting my time and money. It is their responsibility – if flipkart guy was supposed to collect one product he should have informed us or once collected it should have been updated on the app. I am not getting any resolution neither refund nor the product.
