I had ordered MI Note 6 Pro mobile from Flipcart and received the mobile on Dec 7th 2018.
When I opened external cover and when I looked into the actual mobile box that one side seal is already broken and the seller already opened the phone or they have shipped the phone that was returned by someone. If I call the support the only option they have given is exchange. I have seen this issue with filpcart multiple times. I need a compensation from them. They should understand the time and money value of the customer
