I ordered a product (Copper water bottle) from Flipkart worth Rs. 299/-December2020 through prepaid with SBI Debit card. After few day I cancelled the product and they processed my refund amount on (they told me that this amount will be added to your debit card by 18 December2020). I contacted the Flipkart team so many times but nothing happened. They only told me to ask your bank, go to the grievance cell or complaint for charge back form. I did everything but I was unable to find money. This procedure wasted my time a lot. Till date this amount (299) is not credited to my account. I am very disappointed. If the seller is really initiated or flipkart really initiated my money, it must be reflected in my account. Please help
