I Khokan Gharui from west Bengal Burdwan district, po katwa , vill +po panjoya ,Pin 713143 …. I wish to complain about online shopping app Flipkart. I order a smart phon MI poco x2 model no M1912G7BI by Flipkart on 4th sep 2020 I received my purchase 7th sep 2020.
27th sep 2020 when I learn of this problem , l contact flipkart company and also MI service center in Burdwan ,Parbirhata pin 713104 . They told nothing couldbe done about my new phon’s problems. New phon’s internal parts are Damaged,they purchased me Damaged phon And warranty doesn’t work for this type of problems. I would like a written statement of them but there is no satisfactory answer. They took my phon in service center 29 th sep.
I am in mental trauma for arising conditions. My economical conditions are very bad also I want My money back or replace the phon to Damaged phon.
I shall be highly obliged to you if you kindly help me for this problem. Please lodge my complaint against flipkart.
