I am buying Vivo-11 handset from Flipcart Online services and I payed him full money of product online same on same time 11-10-2018.
First Flipcart not delivered my stuff on time, after my many reminder they delivered my Phone on 23-10-2018. But when starting to use this phone it’s giving lots of problems. When I asked about this problem to some Mobile technocrats they show the phone and ask me this is not a New Phone. It’s must used by another and for proof he shown me previous person Name, Email ID and many images which has taken before my delivery.
Then I asked to Customer Care of Flipcart they take my issues very lightly and ask me to resolve this problem visit Vivo authorised Service Center. This service centre 25-30 KM far away from my destination. But I approached there, but Vivo engineer not attend my case officially. He seen my purchasing paper and very first word which he asked that you are cheated very badly by Flipcart. This set is defective piece, in 15 day this is not possible that all major part like Mother Board, Charging Panel, Network Adapter, Display Adapter has been faulty. I asked him what is the process and how much time should be taken by you if it’s has found you for resolve this problem, then he clearly told that this Set is not repairable because these are manufacturing error.
Then I again approach to Flipcart person on phone, but they told me very badly that I am not responsible for any Brand defects, Flipcart is only a platform to sell. After delivery you have to only one way go to Brand Vivo and fight them. Lodge FIR against Vivo.
Sir, how it’s possible, I given payment to Flipcart and Flipcart given me wrong and faulty stuff and from last 2 months he don’t do anything to me.
So I’m requesting here kindly do needful and instruct to Flipcart to provide me New Fresh Mobile Set at the place of this faulty Mobile Set.
