I have been trying to call flipcart customer care for past 1 month. But every time it says that all our executives are busy.
I receive no call back, and there 24×7 support is never available.
I wanted to use my gift card balance, which I am unable to use, which was nothing but my refund amount credited to my flipcart gift card.
