I had booked flight tickets through Via.com on 22.02.2020. The booking reference number provided by them was FMNAA3AWMSTSY and the airlunes PNR was PE2Z6Y. Due to covid19 flight are not avaiable and Indigo team send us the credit note.
When we try to book than Indigo team says that you have to use credit not through via.com agent site only.
I have try lot of time but no option their, neither the call center no pick the phone or not reply on email. Than I have cancelled the ticket, but still refund not received from them.
