I want make your attention towards company Flip kart. I booked 3 flights from Flipkart to travel on 11th and 25th Appril 2020 But it’s cancelled by the airline due to COVID restrictions during lockdown.
It has been almost 7-8 month and by now i have contacted Flipcart atleast 6 times on call and around 30+ mail communications. Every time the responce i get it that the issue has been escalated and i get a time to wait by.
Nothing happenes after that untill i call them back to hear some excused like Tecnical issue/ bank issue/ in progress return etc, and then again asked to wait for some time. I am very much disappointed with the service of Flipkart.
