I was booked a flight tickets on 22 March 2023 for travel date 29th May 2023 from Ranchi to Mumbai flight for my family members.
I paid full amount of rupees 7856.00 then they cancel my booking on the same day.They assured me that they will refund my money within 5 to 7 working days. Till now I didn’t got my refund. I called them many time and every time I called they said this week i will get my money back but I’m not got my money yet. In this regards I submitted few documents what they asked for like cancel cheque, aadhar details etc so they can do online transfer
But nothing…Today (4/5/2023)when I called them they again said that next two days I will get my money but very much sure that I will not..
