The AirIndia flight tickets booked from Paytm (round trip Mumbai to Frankfurt) was cancelled in 2020 due to pendamic.
However, after waiting for a year, AirIndia has processed the refund and now Paytm has it from 6 months.
Despite multiple calls and emails, the refund amount always shows processing and promised to refund soon without any actions from Paytm.
I would like to raise a complaint against Paytm for this behaviour towards customers.
I’m looking forward to justice for my hard-earned money.
