Return Flight– Hyd to Doha (19 Aug, 2020)
Passenger Name – Jayalaxmi Mudalaliyar
I am writing to you regarding my flight which was cancelled due to covid-19. Following is the email of credit shell which was issued to me
in the same pnr due to cancellation. Also attaching the ticket for your reference.
Recently on 2nd Dec 2020, when i tried to make another booking using the same credit shell i received an error and called the customer care.
Your Customer care agent told me that govt. rules have changed and i will get that amount credited back as refund from which account booking was made.
It has been 30 days and I have not received any refund. I also enquired with Indigo, and was told that the amount has been sent to paytm and paytm has to refund to me.
I kindly request you to look into it and process my refund at the earliest.
