Booking Id:I 8095002112, I had given request for cancellation of this ticket(Houston to Ahmedabad, pic attached) on 17th May 2019 evening. PAYTM confirmed that they have raised request for the same with “Regarding your query with Paytm Care (Reference No.: 123777622)” and confirmed refund of INR 70500 approx. It should get cancelled within 48hours as per Paytm mail. It did not. I called Paytm inbetween 48hrs also. Paytm confirmed not to worry, it will be cancelled. But it did not. Again I ask on 19th May, Paytm generated another request with “Regarding your query with Paytm Care (Reference No.: 123956837)”. When I called up Paytm again after 12hrs, They told it cant get cancelled. I can not get refund.
- Is this the way Paytm works? No ethics? Amount is INR 70500 which is not small at all and I am not going to spare Paytm.
