On 30th Nov’21 I was trying to book flight ticket from Guwahati to Delhi. Money of Rs. 2989/ – was deducted from account but ticket was not booked by Travolook. Since 30th I have been chasing Travolook for refund of money but every time they are giving false commitment for refund. Kindly help. Reference no. is REF430775751 and complaint no. is 03219976.
