• Me and my friend book a flight through cleartrip for Vistara flight in January
• March Covid happened lockdown declared and vistara requested to cancel our tickets. I have an audio recording of this.
• Since then to now I have been running around pillar to pole to get refund
• Finally a week back one way ticket was refunded the amount of 6092 InR from the attached ticket
• We are not able to get the remaining refund and the credit cell for this is till March 2021 and we don’t intend to travel until mid of next year
• Please support us in getting the refund back.
