I booked the flight ticket on 12th March 2022 from Nagpur to Bangalore of 15th March 2022 from travolook.in. I got the call from their support that my booking has been cancelled as my PNR id has not been generated, so i went on the internet and saw many reviews of your website which says the website is fraud. i called their customer service and they told me that my refund will be generated in 10-15 days and when i was about to reply she arrogantly cut the line of the call. If flight was not available then why did it show on their website? I checked the flight details and booked my ticket from another website which was successful. I told them that I want my refund within 48hours or I will take legal action against their company. I have been continuously calling on their customer care number and my call stays on the wait for 10-15 minutes and as soon as it gets connected they cut the call, this has happened for like 3-4 times now..
