Text of Complaint by Kiran Koushik:

I booked a Flight ticket on IXIGO App and clicked cancel by mistake. Called IXIGO support executive and informed to abort cancellation. He informed me that the flight cancellation request is under DGCA Policy and I will get full refund if I proceed with the cancellation. I informed him in that case I want to avail cancellation under DGCA policy to get full refund. He asked me to call back after 30 mins for confirmation of the same. When I called back after 40 minutes, the IXIGO support executive confirmed that the ticket is cancelled under DGCA policy and I will get full refund in 3 days. I have not received the refund, nor my ticket is cancelled. Now due to the time window they are not able to cancel it under DGCA policy. Every day when I call IXIGO support they create a new ticket and ask me to wait for another 24 hours. I am fed up trying to get my money back as I will not be using the flight ticket. I had requested it to be cancelled under DGCA policy for full refund.
