I have booked spicejet flight from Delhi to Mumbai for june 11th…..my name was not showing till 1.30pm same day…i spoke to customer care for 4 to 5 times. They said it will reflect 6 to 8hours before departure….at 4pm some senior executive said ur ticket has been cancelled as confirmed by you ….but after i mailed them for cancellation there was no mail or whatspp communication that they have cancelled my ticket n customer care confirmed that my booking is open n ticket is not cancelled so that i did not book another ticket….they sold my ticket on higher rate to some one else on same day n then told me that my ticket has been cancelled….they have cheated me…i had to buy vistara ticket @21381 as i was female travelling aLoan…could not take risk
