Refund Request from MMT:
Travel From : Delhi to Tel Aviv, Israel (via Air France)
Date of cancellation request: 24/09/2020
Date of Flight boarding: 26/09/2020

– Flight booked my MMT. But Air France doesn’t allow boarding to Indian Passport Holders because of the travel restrictions. So will give a full refund.
– The cancellation request was reported to MMT and they said that the same will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours (Copy Attached).
– Its been 4 days now and I tried calling the airline but there is no response from any side. No one is picking the calls at MMT and Air France says that only MMT can process the refund.
-Please process my refund asap, as I have to book a fresh ticket.
