I have booked a flight on Paytm on 25 April 2021 for 2 persons. Later I payed rescheduling charges and rescheduled the flight to 15th May 2021. 15th may flight got rescheduled from Indigo Airlines. The proposed rescheduled time was not suitable for me so I asked to cancel the flight.
Refund amount of 9592/- rupees processed by indigo airline as par their refund status. On 13th August 2021 Paytm care also informed me that 9592/- rupees refund amount will be processed in your source account. Paytm also mentioned they received 196/- rupees of additional amount from airlines. I received the 196/- rupees additional refund on 15th August, but still waiting for 9592/- original refund amount. Since 5 months I have been struggling with Paytm to get the refund, every time I call them, they create a new ticket and asked me to wait for 30 days. Please help to get me the refund.
