Text of Complaint by Ashish Batler:

For PNR YJY2PH, I had cancelled the flight for the passenger Nivedita Kumari on 10th December 2022. Happy Easy Go has been making me wait for the refund saying that the airline takes 45-90 days and then they will do the refund. Today I called customer care of SpiceJet and they informed me that an refund of Rs. 8653 has already been processed by them on 10th December itself. This means that HappyEasyGo is keeping my money and lying to me that airline has not processed the refund.
