I had booked my flight tickets from Ahemdabad to Calgary for 15-May-2020. However due to pandemic all flights were grounded. I have been asking flipkart to refund the money. As per the telephonic conversation, I came to know from flipkart executive that the ticket was cancelled on 18-Nov-2020 and is eligible for full refund. And I will recieve the same in 120 days. This period has already passed and I am still awaiting the refund. Whenever I followup via email they keep on responding that the issue is escalated and will provide update in 24-48 hours. However no resolution is provided. Requesting your help please. Below are the details
