My flight was on 21st March bangalore to maldives.Due to corona visus issue, I have conveyed the same to Indigo and they have given me voucher as their cancellation fee.and said rest amount will be to taken care by paytm.
I contacted paytm care later on After listening the whole story,in the beginning the said they will refund the whole amount as flight isc my ticket so will not charge any convenience fee.
But they did not return my convenience fee which is 1200 almost.While government of Jndia strictly told us not to visit any country due to corona virus Nd already indigo refunded my money,then in what basis paytm is charging my convinience fee.
