Text of Complaint by Saurabh badola:

There no responsibility from staff no calls and all full rush no t3 airport
Previous time flight delay around
2 hours. If airlines doing there’s a technical problem and if we are 10 min delay so it’s a big problem pls take action on it and there’s no refund
