Dear Sir,
I booked a flight for 24th March 2020 from Makemytrip(Indigo Airline). Due to corona lockdown, I got message from Indigo to reschedule or cancel the flight so i chose to cancel the flight. After that I got message from Indigo that you money will be refunded to MakeMyTrip.
I raised request for refund, they replied as below:
“Subject-Regarding your booking NF29132272360258
We tried to call you but your number is not contactable.
The purpose of the call is we received your request regarding refund and when we checked we received your amount so
we are requesting you to please wait for sometime as our concerned department already working.Your amount 4065/-
will reflect in your same mode of payment.
We will try to resolve your query as soon as possible.”
Dear sir, i booked ticket in march 15th. Now it is august. I don’t know why they are returning my money. Kindly help sir. Thanks a lot in advance.
I have attached the reference mail sent from MakeMyTrip. After that i raised request so many times but they are not responding now.
