Dear team
Date of 08/05/2022 i booked flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad by Travolook.in website. They charged my credit card immediately and then within 5 minutes sent an email saying fare has changed. I checked on the airline website and the fare was same but still they refused to book the ticket and insisted on giving a refund within 8-10 working days.
The time has already passed and even now I am being false assurances that I will receive refund by end of next week. There are several cases of a similar fraud by this website online, surprised no action is being taken against them.
Their reference number for giving the refund is REF333432066.
