On 14th July 2020, I booked two tickets for a 22nd July Mumbai-Kolkata flight. Vistara cancelled the flight. Since then, Vistara has been telling me that they have initiated a full refund and PayTM has been telling me that they are waiting for a verification from Vistara. I still haven’t received a refund. 11906 rupees is not a small amount.
