Text of Complaint by Ayush Sarraf:

The flight was cancelled by the airline post-booking at the last moment. A complete refund was promised by the airline within 21 working days. Its been over a month and I am yet to receive my refund. Additionally, the airline’s customer care has been unresponsive to all calls and emails.
