I have booked a flight on 14th july from Pune to delhi for 2nd Oct’23. I want to cancel the flight or reschedule the flight for 3rd Oct’23 with same time and same flight. The booking was done under cancellation protection stating that I can cancel the flight with zero cancellation charges. Now ai am trying to reschedule the same flight with same time for 3rd Oct’23, only Rs 800 is being adjusted and if I am trying to cancel the flight the same amount of Rs.800 is being refunded.
If I have cancellation protection, i should be getting the full amount as stated by yarta in its website. Below are the documents attached for the reference.
Request for early resolution to my problem as today is the 3rd day I am trying to reach the Yatra.com but I am not getting any positive reply after repeated mail to them
