Hi have booked flight tickets from India to London in January 2023 through Agoda ..and due to my personal reasons i cancelled the tickets on the same day and i have not received my refund till now it’s been more than 3 months they are not paying me back .
When i contacted Air India airlines they told me that the refund has already been made by there side ..so when airlines already refunded my money back ..i don’t know why this Agoda is holding my money and not giving me back .
