I had booked flight tickets with Go Air on Feb 20 , 2020 for travelling from Bangalore to Delhi on April 16 2020 . Due to covid19 pandemic I was unable to travel and booking got cancelled .
There was email which came on Mar 22, 2021 saving the amount would be refunded .But the amount is not yet refunded (in spite of several follow up emails and calls to customer care)
