Yesterday I used Agoda to book a flight ticket for 2nd Sept, from Guwahati to Pune. It costed me Rs 4172 (Ref no. 322608615911) but today they sent me a mail that booking confirmation had failed. How do I get my refund as soon as possible? They keep asking for booking ID in help and support but I don’t have booking ID coz it was not even confirmed. They only took the money. Please help. They gave me this temporary booking id 1032335305 which doesn’t work at all.
