The Adani Electricity guys have again started their old practise, last time also I had a harrowing experience dealing with them and this time again I am shot with a bill of 29030/- and this after I have been paying regularly every month.
As per their so called important message mentioned in the bill ” I had paid 8960/- last month and then after that also there is a balance of 16693.55/-, I wrote them that it is a two bed room flat and not a factory.
I have asked them to get back to me with complete details of my payments made from January 2020 against the bill raised but they haven’t reverted so far, it is our hard earned money which cannot be taken away by them under the pretext / tactics of “Estimated Reading ” and “Actual Reading” etc.
I wanted a complete transparency and investigation on this inflated bill but there is no response.
