We had posted an ad on 99acres.com for renting out a 3BHK.
Received a call from a person clamiming to be Amit Kumar from Indian army and that he needs the flat from June 1st.
He speaks well as if he is a genuine army person. Luckily, we ran a small background check on google and the first result showed up with the same picture, name and a similar story of fraud. However, we received the call from 8895290830. It is quite scary that he has govt issued IDs!
