We saw the plan sales agent showed us the model of flat after that they told us to pay booking amount so we decided to take 2bhk and gave them 25 thousand as a token money after that sales women called us and said to pay 10% down payment but we told them we want to take loan she promise us that loan will b done don’t worry after that we paid 3,65,000 to them but after that they did not do any loan process and told us to manage for the money but we donot have that much money flat worth was rupees 57lac but now no loan and amount loss now they are telling us that no refund so I thaught to put complaint so that I can get my money back please help me because for that property we sold our old property and now we stay at rent house .
