my Subscriber Id : 1231058106. My complaint in this month was attended by your engineers. they changed my set top box as it was flashing the message that your tata sky box is not receiving signals. then i noded for replacement of set top box. before expiry of one month after changing the set top box again message is flashed as your tata sky box is not receiving signals. i am not going to pay another charges for set top box. there must be guarantee.
kindly attend the complaint immediately and do the needful so that i can view the channels.
