I received call from 9433862585 today 16th January 2021, she said her name Meena, claiming she is from Amazon Sales and Promotion department and told an Amazon Order ID- pet chew sticks which I ordered on 14th January.
She told a flash sale is going on and to choose any one gift from below items:
1. Dell laptop 15.6 inches
2. Sony LED TV 40 inches
3. Apple iPhone 3 plus 32 GB
4. Voltage AC 1.5 tons
5. LG refrigerator 350 lts double door
Also, I need to add any item worth Rs.5000 in Amazon app and I need to call her, so she will attach the gift (above) to the cart item. And then I have to pay via online mode/paytm/any wallet.
Beware! This is a scam/fraud. Please don’t became pray to such fraudulent offers.

Yes this scam call..Is their anyway to catch them.and track them legally.what are the actions we can take against them through law
