I have placed an order of an office chair on 17th January 2021 and I am yet to receive an update from Flanshop end. I tried calling them on (+91)8515843290 for which I received a callback from them on 9883341103. But that was a missed call. I tried calling back on that number too, but no response. Please have a look at the below screenshots provided at the time of payment and kindly suggest a solution for the same.
