I have seen an add in Facebook from Flan shop about a product APEX CHROME BASE HIGH BACK ENGINEERED OFFICE CHAIR for INR 1499/- . I have made the payment online using the payment gateway and the transaction got successful. The order Id for the transaction is Order #1786 and I didn’t receive any further communication from them. I have sent emails to the given email address support@flanshop.in and there is no response from them. I have made this transaction on January 7th and I am writing this complaint on 20th January 2021. I didn’t receive the product till date and there is no way to contact them.
