I came across an advertisement in Instagram or Facebook about an office chair. I ordered it at flakeshop.in for Rs. 1399 on 4th mar 2021. I made an online payment. Money has been deducted from my account. I received an email with an order confirmation with order # as 1318. I have not received the product yet. So, I checked their track order today [08/03/2021]. The link is unavailable. Also, their support email is unavailable to rise query. This looks like a scam. Please do the needful.
